About our Movement and Mindfulness sessions

Our sessions integrate Mindfulness practices with Movement based on movement from Yoga and Chi Kung. The Mindfulness and the Movement in the sessions are tailored to the needs and wishes of the participants.

We deliver sessions for people of all ages, abilities and experiences in community and online classes as well as providing sessions that are tailored for specific groups or settings.
Current classes that are running:
With funding from the Midcounties Co-operative Community Support Donation Fund
Community classes are running on Mondays 3-4pm at Mary Stevens Park Activity Centre, Stourbridge
Online classes (via Zoom) are running on
Fridays 12-1pm

Our unique sessions bring benefits of both Movement that is carefully tailored to meet individual wishes and needs and those of Mindfulness practices to suit individual requirements. ​

Mindfulness and Movement sessions offer a wealth of benefits to participants. These include generally improved physical and emotional well-being and enjoyment of life plus a range of benefits according to individual needs including a reduction of stress, anxiety or depression, better ability to cope with life's ups and downs including illness and pain, better quality of sleep, a more positive outlook and more compassion for self and other people.
