To help us with our core business activities we use email provided by Virgin Media. Your email will be securely stored in Virgin’s service and also downloaded to our computer where it will be protected.
We keep your contact details and emails for up to 7 years after the last interaction. We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting it. We only keep your information in the UK.
