Black Country Mental Health support plus other services

We are Black Country Mental Health. We started our journey supporting people in 1976 as the Dudley Association for Mental Health. Since 2019 we have extended our reach across the Black Country supporting people in Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Dudley.

We are a mental health charity that aims to improve, promote and enhance a better quality of life for people living across the Black Country affected by poor mental health.

  • couch to 5k jogging programme
