Along with coaching and hypnotherapy, I’m offering a programme of sessions called “Self-care `Saturday”. The aim is to offer the opportunity to invest one hour per month to learn some practical techniques to help maintain your mental health and wellbeing. Topics include mindfulness / meditation, cold and sun exposure, diet and exercise etc.
All the sessions will be held between 10.30 and 111.30 at The Ruskin Glass Centre, Wollaston Road, Amblecote, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 4HF and will cost 8.00, payable on the day.
