Now on Zoom! In the Pink Yoga offers gentle, relaxing and encouraging Yoga sessions suitable for everyone including people who need modifications to suit their needs.

Yoga sessions are perfect for absolute beginners through to those with experience. Options are given: work at your own level and your own pace to suit your needs and wishes. Yoga benefits include:

No booking required for Zoom classes and have as many sessions as you like per week for the cost of one 'in person' class!



Mondays: 11.00-12.00 

Tuesdays 18.30-19.30

Wednesdays:15.00-16.00

*Thursdays: 11.00-12.00 (*gentler Chair or Standing Yoga)

Fridays: 11.00-12.00 





Zoom class charges: (payment by bank transfer or cheque: please contact me for details of how to join/pay)

  • £5.00 pay as you go per week for as many sessions as you like in any week (**£3.50)

  • £20.00 for 5 weeks of sessions i.e £4.00 per week (**£12.50/i.e £2.50 per week)

  • £35 for 10 weeks of sessions i.e £3.50 per week (**£20/i.e £2.00 per week)
