Laughter Yoga is a cardiovascular and aerobic exercise that helps people to be joyful and bring more oxygen into their bodies and brains through deep breathing whilst connecting in childlike playfulness.
No charge, donations welcome.
Days/times/places of activities: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.00 pm via Zoom.
